At Grain Wood Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our solid wood pieces and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to ensure a smooth and transparent resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping labels to the exterior of the boxes and coordinate a pickup with the designated freight carrier or drop them off at a local hub.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
